Asia-Pacific CSD Group Cross Seminar Training
The 23rd Cross Seminar Training of the Asia-Pacific Central Securities Depository (ACG) Group, organized by the Aldabra Project and supported by KSEI Indonesia, was held at Sofitel Bali on 19–22 June 2023. Gathering participants from 19 Asia-Pacific countries, the event fostered collaboration and knowledge sharing among CSD institutions, with Bali appointed as the official host.

To support smooth operations, SaranaTech provided driver and fleet management solutions through XaranaTracking, a driver tracking and management platform from Xarana. Key features included a digital check-in/out attendance system, multi-checkpoint monitoring, and real-time dashboards to optimize logistics. These tools ensured accurate driver activity records, efficient task assignments, and seamless coordination between checkpoints, improving overall operational efficiency during the four-day seminar.

Despite challenges such as driver unfamiliarity with IT, device limitations, small check-in radius, and strict venue protocol on cellular connections, SaranaTech addressed them with targeted solutions. These included dedicated fleet manager training, app optimization for lighter device requirements, dynamic radius adjustments, and ongoing R&D into geofencing and GPS-based tracking for high-security events.

Through this engagement, SaranaTech not only ensured flawless fleet operations but also showcased how XaranaTracking can deliver transformative efficiency for large-scale events, enterprises, and beyond.
